Blood flow is a problem may people face with, no matter gender or age. There are few reasons why we have that problem like, bad diet or sitting.
If we want to be healthy we must exercise and eat a healthy diet. Habits like sitting for too long and fast food can make us unwanted problems. If our blood is full of toxins and fats, then our blood vessels get clogged and we have problems.
Workouts to better your circulation
Extension – this is very important especially in the morning when you wake up and at night before going to bed.
Neck workout – you should relax your neck regularly, tilt your head right and count till 10 then to the left and soothe your neck.
Pushups – do this in the morning and move your arms.
Hand workouts – try spreading your fingers, stretch them and hold a fist. Loosen your joints and move your hand in circles. You should start from your shoulder and do this exercise for one minute.
Hikes – you should do this minimum three times a week.
Dance – this will improve the blood flow and your mood too.
Yoga – improve your breathing and bring more oxygen to your body.
Swimming – this is similar like dancing only in water. It is safe for any age and good for the whole body.
