Ladies, If You Shave Your Intimate Parts, Read This!
Waxing the bikini line is one of the most hated grooming rituals. A new study has found that most women fully or partially remove the hair from the area of the intimate zone, and it can seriously harm your health.
DO NOT TOUCH your pubic hair!
– Women do not understand the risks shaving pubic hair, because the shaving of hair from other parts of the body is safe and non-threatening. – says Andrea De Maria who led the study published in the journal “American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology.”
The study found that 87 percent of women arrange intimate hairdo and 90 percent of them do so with a razor.
However, genital skin is very sensitive, more than the skin on your feet. Thus, shaving can create small wounds that are not necessarily visible.
That might explain why 60 percent of women said they experienced side effects after removing pubic hair. The most common are small cuts, after which there is growing hair. Although small, injuries are not naive!
The skin below the waist is full of sweat glands; this means that the area is moist and mostly dark. An ideal environment for bacterial growth, especially if the skin is damaged by a small cut, it may easily access the bacteria and viruses, and is a great risk of infection.
You can become infected with sexually-transmitted diseases such as herpes and HPV, because pubic hair is in fact a natural barrier that prevents infection.Source:naturalmedicinebox
