Have you ever wondered in which period of the day it is the best to work – out considering how it affects your body and mind? Both the morning and the night are good for working – out and both have their own values that shouldn’t be underrated.

If you work – out in the morning, especially before breakfast you energy levels are quite low. (you glucose levels are low and your muscle work is reduced) This way your body uses more fats for energy so, this is good if you plan on taking a walk in the morning.
But, if you plan on having a long and hard work – out session the morning is not the answer for it. Your body simply isn’t warmed up for it. The morning work – outs improve the mood. Another, quite obvious pro about the morning work – outs is that after you’ve finished the session you are free for the rest of the day.
When you work – out in the night you are using your full body potential and you will work out longer and more effectively. Also, working out later in the day has been proven to also lighten up your mood since you forget about all the things that have happened throughout the day.
This shows us that the morning work – out sessions are more efficient for fat burning but light work –outs are more efficient and mood lightening. So, it is your choice. And whatever you choose you won’t make a mistake.
